After putting together a Soweto day for an international event, I established So Where To Adventures in 2018. I felt Soweto showcases an authentic African day rich in history, culture and warm friendly people. It is truly one of the best days in Joburg.

We grew quickly and we're passionate about Soweto, doing corporate days, amazing races, tours for international visitors and locals.

My name is Bev Gamsu. I live in Johannesburg, South Africa with my family.

My husband and I have 5 children and 4 dogs. We have a hecticly busy routine. But we also make time to travel, relax and enjoy our beautiful country and continent.

I love South Africa and Africa. Having travelled to many places in different ways, it is my pleasure to share these adventures. I always make sure that we are comfortable, safe, well fed and 100% entertained.

I am an accredited guide with National Federation of Tourist Guides and Affiliates.

I have applied my knowledge of different cultures to helping others share in the experiences - offering customized tours and events for corporate or private occasions.

Identification details and temperatures are recorded
Sanitizer available at all times
Mandatory use of masks
Vehicle is sanitized after each tour
We visit places that are in well ventilated areas
No persons who have been infected with COVID in the 14 days prior to the tour are allowed
No persons who have been in direct contact with a person infected with COVID in the 14 days prior to the tour are allowed
